East Newk Holiday Cottage - Details

East Newk Cottage is a beautiful terraced self catering holiday cottage built from chalk stone just set back and elevated on Bridlington Road on the edge of Flamborough village. The accommodation is on 3 levels. At the front of the cottage is a gate, a couple of steps then up to a terrace and the front door. At the rear is parking for 2 cars and 10 steps down to the patio and rear door to the cottage. The patio is lit, secure and enclosed with garden furniture. Bedding, towels, fuel and Wifi all included.

Ground Floor

Entrance Hall - the spacious hall runs the full length of the cottage with a curved feature wall. Plenty of space to store shoes and coats and a handy seat under the contemporary stairs.

Bedroom 1 - At the front of the house with twin beds.

Bathroom - Modern suite with a shower over the bath.

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom at the rear.

First floor

Lounge - A front facing room enjoying excellent southerly views over open farmland towards the Dykes and cliff top walks. Modern wall mounted electric fire, Smart TV,  DVD Player, Bluetooth Speakers.

Kitchen/Diner - A stylish fully fitted kitchen with range of base and wall units, fitted oven, hob and extractor, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher, stainless steel one and a half sink, inset spotlights. Store cupboard housing water tank.
